- Website Hosting: This is a required cost to keep your website live on the internet. Hosting is typically billed monthly or annually, depending on your provider.
- Website Care Plan (optional but recommended): Our care plan includes regular updates, security monitoring, backups, and support to ensure your site stays secure, up to date, and performing well. It’s a great way to have peace of mind and ongoing expert help when needed.
Do you write my website copy?
Yes, I can absolutely help with your website copy – but it’s not included in the standard website package. Copywriting is available as an add-on service if you’d like help crafting clear, engaging words that connect with your audience and reflect your brand.
Will my website be optimised for SEO?
Yes – all websites I build include basic SEO optimisation. This covers things like page titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, and clean code structure to help your site be found in search engines. If you’re looking for more in-depth SEO strategy, I also offer this as an add-on service.
Can I make repayments on my website design?
Yes – I offer flexible payment plans through Ezypay, so you can spread the cost of your website over time. It’s a great way to get your site up and running without the upfront pressure.
Do I own the rights to my website?
Yes – once your website is paid for in full, it’s 100% yours. You’ll have full ownership of the design, content, and all associated files.
Do you offer support?
Yes – I include 3 months of post-launch support with every website to help with any questions, fixes, or small tweaks. After that, you can choose to join an ongoing care plan for continued support, updates, backups, and peace of mind.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes – your website will be built with user-friendly tools, so you can easily make updates yourself. I also include instructional videos to guide you through the basics, so you’ll feel confident managing your site.
Can I use my own domain and host?
Yes – if you already have a domain name and hosting set up, I’m happy to work with that. Just make sure your hosting meets the basic requirements for running WordPress smoothly.
