Digital Product Terms

These terms apply when you buy a digital product (such as a guide, template or checklist) from hatcheddesigns.com.au. The website is owned and operated by Carly Rawiri, trading as Hatched Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Our digital products

Our digital products are downloadable files, usually in PDF format. Each product page describes what’s included. Please read the description carefully before you buy so you know the product suits your needs.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider, WooPayments. We don’t see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery and access

• Your download link is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to you as soon as your payment is approved.
• Each download link can be used up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase.
• Please save a copy of your file to your own device straight away.
• If you have trouble downloading your file, or your link has expired, email us at carly@hatcheddesigns.com.au and we’ll help.

4. Your licence to use the product

When you buy a digital product, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal use. All copyright and other intellectual property in our products stays with Carly Rawiri.

You can:

• Use the product for your own business or personal use
• Print it for your own use
• Copy and adapt the templates for your own business

You can’t:

• Share, forward or upload the file for others to access
• Resell, give away or redistribute the product, in whole or in part
• Claim the product, or any part of it, as your own work
• Use the product to create a competing product or course

If you’d like to use a product with a team or with your clients, please get in touch about a multi-use licence.

5. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind or no longer need the product.

This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, can’t be downloaded, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us at carly@hatcheddesigns.com.au and we’ll fix the problem, replace the file or give you a refund.

6. Information only, results not guaranteed

Our products contain general information and guidance based on our experience. They aren’t professional legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Results depend on many things outside our control, including how you apply the information and changes made by third parties, so we can’t guarantee any particular outcome, ranking or result.

Third-party platforms (such as Google) change their features and policies regularly. Our products are accurate at the time of publishing, and we may update them from time to time.

7. Third-party trademarks

Our products may refer to third-party products and services, such as Google Business Profile. These names are trademarks of their owners. Hatched Designs is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim relating to a digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or data.

9. Privacy

We collect the details you give us at checkout to process your order, deliver your product and contact you about your purchase. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to your purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
